Spinners Wraps Per Inch Control Card

This reference card enables you to measure the wraps per inch of a yarn or your singles when spinning, to help you produce consistent yarns. Wraps per inch are used to work out the weight of a yarn (e.g. Double Knitting, Aran). It can used to determine the weight of yarns when you no longer have the ball band or the weight isn't clearly stated.

One side of the card has wraps per inch reference from 80 to 5, the other side has a table of British and US yarn weights and their corresponding WPI. This is the extended version of the previous card (shown in the photograph), which now has wpi up to 80, instead of the original 44.

The card is laminated for long life, aprox 6.5cm x 17cm (2.5 x 6.5inches) and it has a hole with attached yarn; enabling you to hang it from your wheel for quick reference.
