Summer Berriees SW Cheviot Top 100grams

Hand Painted spinning fibre in colourway 'Summer Berries'. (Shades of Purple and Pink) (Same colourway as 'Summer Berries' from Fibreholics Round 6.)

The fibre is commercially produced Tops of Cheviot Wool which has been superwash treated, produced in the UK, it is of medium fineness 30-40microns and a staple length of 80-100mm.

You will receive 100grams (3.5ounces) of continuous top braided into a plait for easy storage. There are 2 braids of this fibre available, which were dyed at the same time..

Depending on how you spin this fibre you can create a self striping yarn if desired.

This fibre can not be used for felting, as it has been superwash treated. It will resist felting and can be machine washed.
